Managing Director-Level Role
Our client, a major Asia Pacific Bank, seeks an executive leader to manage business strategy, products and the bank’s marketing activities in Australia. You will lead the promotion and innovation of wholesale corporate and institutional banking products whilst cultivating and developing effective relationships with major clients.
Accountabilities including focusing growth and profits, and increasing local market share in line with the broader company business strategy. You will lead, coach and mentor a diverse team and support professional development.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a minimum 20 years’ banking experience in a mixture of Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Investment Banking and Structured Finance, with ideally 10 years in an International banking environment. Your experience will include at least 10 years of leadership and management positions. Your strategic thinking and planning expertise will be complimented by a performance-driven ethos with the passion to develop new products and business.
You must have thorough knowledge of and experience in the Australian banking industry, to be considered for this role.
