Our client is a highly reputable Boutique Financial Planning firm in Sunshine Coast. They pride themselves on their growth and offering excellent support to their clients and staff alike. 

Due to substantial growth within the business and the industry, they are now looking for a motivated Associate Financial Planner. If you are an ambitious professional with a passion for delivering quality outcomes for your clients, then this is an excellent opportunity for you to shine and develop within the business. 

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Providing ongoing high-quality Financial Planning advice to clients 
• Maintaining the existing client base 
• Growing the client base
• Making a significant contribution to the profitability/decisions of the business

The key requirements:
  

• Must have at least 5 years Financial Planning experience
• Degree qualified
• Must be technically proficient
• A passion for Financial Planning 

The ideal candidate will also have a converter mentality and not be afraid to hunt for new business. Although there will be a lot of referrals, the client wants a Business Development minded individual.
