This is a great reconciliations administration position within the banking sector. You will be working for a global leader within the banking and financial industry and one of the big four banks. This opportunity will provide you with exposure to various aspects of the banking sector and a high performing and friendly team work based environment. This big 4 bank is seeking a strong banking administrator with operational reconciliations experience to join their team in Sydney’s Inner West. This is a temporary position for 6 months with potential to extend. Your reconciliations experience and strong eye for detail is the key to success in this role!
Your responsibilities:
- Accurately assist with reconciliation functions
- Maintain superior knowledge of target customers and the industry
- Build strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships
- Proactively respond to customer compliments, complaints or issues
- Accurately manage journal entries and value processing
- Develop remediation plans where necessary to ensure maximum productivity
- Consistently adhere to all company policies and procedures
What you need:
- Operational reconciliations experience is a must
- Banking or financial services experience is a must
- Experience in a Big 4 Bank is a must
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Be a team player
