My client is one of the Top 4 Banks, they have several Home Finance Manager/Lending Specialist roles throughout NSW, therefore you can pick your ideal location and we will try and match you as close to your preferred location as possible. The Role:
Home Finance Managers work in-branch and have the primary focus of acquiring and retaining customers in their local market with lending needs and providing solutions.
- Provide solutions for Home Lending customers across a range of financial needs including transaction accounts, tern deposits, credit cards, personal loans, broker sign-ups and mortgage insurance
- Work with branch colleagues to identify new customers and proactively engage to maximise all opportunities
- Ensure excellent level of customer experience at every occasion
- Identifying and contacting customers that will increase your pipeline
- Act with urgency to customer enquiries
The Person:
- Sales experience within Banking (preferable)
- Strong communication, presentation and networking skills
- Strong customer focus
