Customer Retention Consultant

Rapidly expanding across Australia with plans to double their team in ANZ over the next 12 months. The organisation built off a good culture and belief in their ability to succeed.
The Role
- Determining target clients
- Customer & client onboarding is executed, for example app downloads, submission, frequency etc
- Engaging with partners
- Collecting and managing feedback from clients & customers
- Reporting and tracking of partners clients
- Implementing internal processes to get the most efficiency out of the team

About You
- Personable and curious
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Previous experience in a Customer Success position
- Technically sound & understand data
