Based within our mortgage department, this exciting and diverse position includes but is not limited to;
- taking inbound calls from applicants, lenders and legal firms
- pre qualifying potential customers
- make a final determination as to whether the applicant qualifies or not
- prime and non conforming credit assessment
- assessing full applications and submissions to lenders
- process all related documentation & database maintenance & management
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate;
- minimum 6 months experience within the mortgage brokering industry is preferred
- possess outstanding communication skills
- a highly enthusiastic & energetic approach
- an exceptional attitude & overall approach to your work
- your ability to be a valued & effective team member
- possess solid computer skills
- high level of attention to detail
- And last, but not least, have a genuine desire to be the best at what you do!
