Financial Accountant

• 3 month contract

• $105,000 plus super

The primary purpose of the role is to support with the preparation and completion of financial annual reporting, ensuring they meet all legislative requirements.
Your key responsibilities will be:

• Managing efficient and effective reporting processes for statutory accounts
• Preparing accurate financial statements
• Preparation of accurate and timely financial information
• Responding to external financial reporting requests
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders for compilation of annual report
• Ad hoc reporting as may be required

Skills & experience required

• CA/CPA qualified
• Essential is your experience working for one of the Big 5 accounting firms
• Excellent communication, a proactive attitude and high attention to detail
• Confident to work effectively with senior stakeholders across the business
• An aptitude for working to challenging deadlines and budgets
• You will enjoy working collaboratively and demonstrate a well-organised approach to day to day work
