Your new role
You will be responsible for reviewing Domestic and New Zealand Equity and Fixed Income corporate action research, as well as the election processing and reconciliations. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and, as a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for being a key motivational influence for the rest of the team. Additionally, you will ensure accurate and timely execution of corporate actions as well as any ad hoc duties and inquiries.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need at least 3 years’ experience in a corporate actions role with a focus on both domestic and international Equities and Fixed Income. You will have a background in either Custody or Funds and have a solid understanding of Financial Markets. You will have a proven track record of delivering business results, as well as the proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have high attention to detail and problem solving skills in addition to being client focused. You will have a tertiary degree in a Finance related field and be competent in SWIFT and CHESS.
