A newly created position due to rapid growth: An exciting opportunity for someone to join on a contract basis with the opportunity to stay on given outstanding performance. The main focus of this role is to monitor and report on Enterprise Risks across the entire bank, this role supports and assists the CRO in providing ERM management and reporting. This role is also responsible to ensuring consistency and accuracy in ERM policies.
About the role:
- Ensure all risks are managed in like with the banks risk appetite statement
- Develop ERM tools, practices and policies to manage risk
- Assist in developing and maintaining banks AML program, provde line 2 monitoring and reporting duties
- Report on ERM controls
- Development, drafting and revision of applicable risk policies
What you need:
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- 5 + years experience in risk/compliance role within financial services
- Ability to build relationships and influence
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage large volume of work, complete work under tight deadlines.
