Your new role
Manage you own workflow of setting up new claims, logging and distributing work items to case managers/fund administrators, payment processing and actioning standout claims reports. Respond to general claims enquiries and third party claims through interpretation of cases of precedence and reference notes. Take ownership of database management including upkeep of customer’s confidential data and information. Liaise with fund administrators and case managers to rectify to ensure work flow is being cleared efficiently.
Your skillset and experience
- At least one year experience in banking administration
- Claims and/or insurance administration experience is favourable
- Proficient communication skills, attention to detail and proactive mindset
