The group has two streams of business. The investment arm seeks buy-out opportunities to nurture and grow towards an exit strategy. The corporate advisory division provides a full range of M&A, corporate development and strategic advisory services in both public and private markets.
Combined executive knowledge covers extensive experience as both investors and advisors across sectors in private equity, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and operational management. This has included both public and unlisted markets in industry sectors such as mining services, media, publishing, software, retail and infrastructure services.
To assist in the the growth they are looking to add an Investment Director to the team to work across both streams of business to oversee and run transaction projects in advisory and investments.
Ideal candidates will have 7+ years relevant Australian corporate advisory/PE experience gained in an investment banking, private equity, strategic consulting or similar environment. Ability to originate deals and manage stakeholders is essential.
