The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced lender, branch staff or customer service advocates within finance and banking to join our lending teams. This is a full-time position and sits within our Banking Operations & Support Division supporting our Lending Services team.
Based in Brisbane's CBD, our Lending Services team have an enviable culture offering a positive environment with the opportunity to work from home at least two days a week after meeting the teams required bench marks.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties will include:
- Assessing, validating and settling Home Loan applications
- Quality service and relationship management with internal and external Stakeholders
- Operate in an efficient manor
- Quality Assurance
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to take accountability and find solutions.
- The ability to adapt to change
- Credit analysis skills or experience in the home loan finance industry would be desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to create meaningful partnerships and work in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent customer service skills
- A high level of enthusiasm and drive
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
