Holistic Advice offering large firm looking for an experienced planner
Your new company
This large financial institution have a strong presence nationally and are looking to grow their wealth management arm in Sydney. They have a lot of internal referral partners who are targeted to provide leads to their Financial Planners. They offer a lot of role autonomy and one of the best flexible working environments in the industry. They also provide excellent administration support to focus your time on meeting clients.
Your new role
You will be providing a wide range of advice, with a focus on risk, so you must have experience in offering financial advice previously (in a face to face role). You will be required to build relationships with several referral partners across the business internally. Relationship building will be a big part of this role as you will be working closely with the businesses referral partners to source clients. You will be tasked with growing your portfolio as well as providing an ongoing service to existing clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be passionate about delivering advice and providing a premium service to your clients. In addition, you will have:
- Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning as a minimum
- A relevant degree is preferred
- Experience in a Financial Planning role previously
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Excellent compliance records
