Senior Client Service Officer needed for established Wealth Management and Accounting Practice based in CBD.
Your new company
This established Wealth Management and Accounting Practice, based in the CBD, are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Officer to support their Senior Advisers. This organisation provide comprehensive financial advice to a diverse client base, and pride themselves on delivering a premium service.
Your new role
As the successful applicant, you will implement financial advice such as rollovers, insurance, new accounts, research products and quotes. You will prepare SOA/ROA's through XPLAN. You will prepare reports and data for annual review meetings liaising with high net worth clients. You will organise and manage client files along with implementing actions from review meetings.
What you need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will ideally hold a Diploma of Financial Planning. You will also have extensive experience in client services managing ongoing administration requirements. You will have high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of the Financial Planning process. You will have a professional and self-driven attitude with willingness to learn.
