About the Opportunity
You will be responsible for the processing of client files from application to settlement using Podium software. You must be confident in using computers and dealing with funders. You must have a natural ability to think three steps ahead of everyone else and your can-do, nothing-is-too-much-trouble attitude enables you to always proactively offer a "lending" hand.
The Successful Applicant must have:
- extensive experience taking applications from lodgement to settlement
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- the ability to work independently and as a team
- strong problem solving and analytical skills
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
The following attributes would be advantageous, but not essential:
- Cert IV in Mortgage Broking
- Experience handling after-settlement construction process
- Liaising with lenders & builders to facilitate drawdowns
- Experience in dealing with solicitors and funders to effect settlement
A proven track record with punctuality and reliability is a must!
