As the Business Improvement and Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing an integrated, high quality and proactive business improvement and consulting framework that ensures an optimised workforce, improved customer experience and cost effective operational management for Datacom and the clients we consult for.

About the role: 
  • Develop and maintain strong governance procedures and QMS management across the Connect business
  • Undertake analysis to help inform future strategies
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards 9001 and other as required
  • Produce actionable intelligence and insights to assist clients in shaping their ongoing service strategy and how they support their customers
  • Liaise with the Service Delivery and Optimisation team to drive projects and implement change.
  • Lead Customer Forensic consulting engagements, identify opportunities, and create pathways to generate more business for Datacom
  • Manage a stream of improvement activities and produce business cases as required for approval
  • Produce post activity reports to demonstrate effectiveness of programs

About you: 
  • A high level of experience in compliance management with a proven track record of managing Quality Management Frameworks and Compliance Standard
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Demonstrated success in project management 
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
  • Good Knowledge of IT or Contact Centre industry standards and frameworks
  • Strong influencing and persuasive ability
  • Confident, articulate, ability to prepare and host presentations
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close win/win solutions for all parties
  • Excellent relationship building and management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
  • ISO qualification is desirable
