The term ​Associate can be deceiving with no one role being the same across businesses.   

• In one business you have the responsibility as an adviser (Authorised or Employee Representative) ​for the end to end process,
• another where you "second chair" appointments and project manage/pre-vett ​strategic advice constructed by an outsourced function​ or 
• you are full support working with the adviser and not an authorised representative.

There are other variations but each of these roles require certain skills and desires + salary ranges ​differences.

The future will see an increased demand for ​well educated, compliant staff with demonstrated emotional intellect. ​

The Financial Planning Business and Role 

Exclusive to ZRC, this high profile firm originating from one of the big four accounting firms.  They have directors with experience and connections second to none. 

This role is highly suited to the well educated, professionally presented individual looking to develop their career. 

You will support one of the four directors in project managing the process including attending client meetings.  You have existing financial planning administration skills with strategy development understanding.  You will collaborate with the in-house paraplanners to ensure the process is managed to conclusion and have a hand in the administration process.  You will potentially learn more in 12 months here than years in other business structures.
