Head of Collections 

Head of Collections required with a leading FS business. 

Within this role you will be part of the senior leadership team and helping to contribute to the growth of the business. 

You will inherit a medium sized collections team with various experiences. The organisation are looking for someone that is very interested in training and development of the team as well as strategic and process improvement. 

Head of Collections Role: 
- Handle all aspects of the collection of portfolios
- Management of the litigation process
- Generating correspondence and reports as necessary
- Coach/mentor Collections team

The successful candidate for the Head of Collections Role will have: 
- extensive collections experience 
- extensive leadership skills 
- a passion for career development and training for the team 
- strategic and process improvement past. 

For the right candidate a salary of up to 140k package can be offered.
