We are currently seeking to recruit a recent Graduate to join our award winning Customer Service team. As part of this team you will gain an understanding of our products and processes, providing a great entry level opportunity in the financial services industry. We are focussed on career development and work to ensure all our employees are prepared for their next role either in or outside the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Service your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding front line service to clients, resolving requests, enquiries and complaints via inbound calls, online chat and emails.
  • Liaising with other internal departments to effectively meet clients' needs.
  • Maintaining client accounts.
  • Ensuring clients receive the necessary training and tools and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Building and constantly developing existing knowledge of products and offerings through briefings, training, product write-ups and other materials.
  • Continual education on the ASX.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Management.
  • Customer focused with great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Keen interest in investing or learning to invest.
  • Keen and willing to learn about the Australian financial services industry.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
