About the Role:

As a result of a new partnership two newly created roles have arisen for a Settlements Officer to join the BOQ Finance team in a permanent capacity.

The Settlements Officer is responsible for ensuring finance new business sourced via the Network is correctly recorded and reviewed for settlement in accordance with customer needs, legal requirements and policy and procedures. These roles will suit individuals with demonstrated experience working administrative roles requiring a high level of attention to detail, compliance and process coordination.

To be successful in this role you will have the below skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including external Dealer contacts
  • Must be willing to help colleagues solve complex tasks and be prepared to take the initiative to achieve team goals
  • Ability to work well within a social team environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously on tasks without supervision
  • Previous experience in the finance industry in Operational; Documentation and Settlement roles would be advantageous but is not essential.

Work hours will be between 8am – 7pm on weekdays and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays.
