The Role
Due to a sustained period of growth our client, a leading banking organisation, has several Home Loan Manager roles available across the Sunshine Coast region. We are keen to talk with Mobile bankers, Premium Bankers, Business Bankers and Personal Bankers who are keen to develop out clients brand throughout the region. Duties include:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through existing and introduced sources
- Accurately and professionally prepare credit finance submissions
- Provide assistance and advice regarding the banks suite of finance products
- Build strong and secure business relationships with external referral sources
- Actively promote the banking brand throughout the local community
The Person
To be successful we are looking for candidates who are:
- Experienced and passionate banker's
- Have an ability to generate new business
- Networks or proven history in developing relationships
- Motivated to build a strong local banking profile
- Strong experience in customer service
- Ideally experienced in credit and banking submissions
