Lead an expanding client service team up to 9 staff
Partner with Business Development to expand relationships
Investment Management Clients

The role

Managing a team of client service professionals, varying in experience
Supporting the team's professional growth, performance & culture
Overseeing key client relationships
Developing client account strategy in concert with leadership team
Onboarding of new clients and follow-up
Ensuring continual communication with client base

The successful Applicant

• Ideally between 4-7 years' experience dealing with clients, preferably in financial services
• Flawless and concise communication skills
• Proven track record of leading teams to their optimum potential
• Strong work ethic and can do attitude

Bachelors University degree essential
