  • Lead an expanding client service team up to 9 staff
  • Partner with Business Development to expand relationships
  • Investment Management Clients

The role
  • Managing a team of client service professionals, varying in experience
  • Supporting the team's professional growth, performance & culture
  • Overseeing key client relationships
  • Developing client account strategy in concert with leadership team
  • Onboarding of new clients and follow-up
  • Ensuring continual communication with client base
    
The successful Applicant
  
• Ideally between 4-7 years' experience dealing with clients, preferably in financial services
• Flawless and concise communication skills
• Proven track record of leading teams to their optimum potential
• Strong work ethic and can do attitude

Bachelors University degree essential
