We have an exciting opportunity within NAB Financial Planning to implement and manage the strategy for Client Services, including workflow, processes, consistency and quality across the function. In this multi-faceted role, you will also contribute to the development of new strategies and structures to improve the efficiency and delivery of Client Services and manage resourcing and stakeholders across the team.


Manage and develop a team and to improve capability and ensure consistency

  • Contribute to and support the Client Services strategy and support your team, to drive team culture, engagement and improved productivity
  • Implement new processes to enable capacity release and efficiencies in the system and manage workflow and process improvement across the team
  • Manage stakeholder relationships – including Advisers, RWEs, and NAB FP management
  • People Leadership of Client Services Officers – managing the scorecards and productivity of the team and developing career pathways to attract and retain talent, managing recruitment as required
  • Manage Client Services Process and Quality across the team, to ensure all team members meet quality and compliance standards and provide technical and coaching support across the business to improve Advice Quality and ensure adherence to Licensee Standards and Consistent Processes
  • Provide technical support, compliance support and manage the delivery of training support and resources across your team
  • Check administration work across the team to ensure it meets quality and compliance standards and vet requests for new team members or new Advisers as required
  • Actively oversee the workflow for your team and manage resources within your team and across the regions as required to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
  • Work on projects to improve administration and processes efficiencies across the Client Services team
  • Ensure clients’ needs are effectively addressed and team processes run smoothly in relation to the lodgement and completion of business and across Client interactions
  • Ensure all FoFA checks and other compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Where required, complete CSO tasks yourself as a member of the team, including taking ownership of complex tasks, to ensure the delivery of high quality and compliant Client Services support to Advisers and Customers

You will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a Financial Planning Administration or similar role. You will also have attained a DFP or equivalent qualification.
