Currently looking for a Mandarin Speaking Foreign Currency Exchange Manager who has experience in dealing with physical foreign currency exchange to join our client who is a financial services company in Melbourne CBD.

Responsibilities:

Expanding foreign exchange business opportunities and generating new business and clients (commercial clients and high net
worth value clients) acquisition
Developing and maintaining a client base for the company’s
financial products and maintain your sales targets (KPI)
Proactively promoting company’s financial products
through different business development activities
Providing excellent and memorable customer service to customers
Ensuring the reputation of the company is maintained in all
levels of the business and that complaints are dealt with
in a timely and professional manner
Proactively making of suggestions and advise where appropriate for service
improvements
Provide an excellent example to other team members at all times
Assisting in creating a successful team with high
morale in a high pressure environment ( Be a team player)
Preparing weekly & monthly reports on the cash sales
activities and other reports
Handling any other ad-hoc tasks if required

Requirements

☑ Native in Mandarin and fluent in English
☑ Min 3 years of experience in Sales ideally in Financial services sector
☑ Experience in handling foreign currency exchange in bank or currency exchange
☑ Strong local Chinese network in Melbourne
☑ RG146 accreditation holder (Prefferred)
☑ Tertiary qualification in either business, economy, finance or accounting
