About the role

Work closely with a dedicated team of financial planners providing tailored advice for an impressive portfolio of high net worth clients.

This is a varied, hands-on role assisting with preparing advice documents, maintaining client portfolios, projections, risk advice, buying and selling shares and managed funds.

Key duties include:

  • Creation of ROA and SOA documents
  • Attend client meetings and preparing for reviews
  • Bank account setups
  • Complete Insurance quotes through XPlan
  • Complete product research and liaising with insurance providers
  • General client administration and correspondence

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in:

  • Financial planning compliance and administration
  • Air-tight administration skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
