Are you seeking an entry into the financial advice industry? Are you are a Client Services professional looking to build on your strengths?
We are seeking a Client Services Officer who is well presented, organised, motivated, and has the ability to work autonomously. The role is busy and challenging, providing lots of variety. You will work closely with experienced Advisers who will mentor you and develop your ability to work with clients and implement strategies. The role includes, among other things:
- Strategy implementation including insurance, superannuation and investments
- Collection and presentation of data for Client Reviews
- Lodgement of new business applications and the follow up of documentation
- Client Relationship Management: Being the first point of contact for the clients
- Training and development in insurance, superannuation and investment
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for Wealth Management, a genuine interest in assisting clients achieve their financial goals
- Strong IT knowledge is essential - Must be a self-starter who can hit the ground running.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of client focus.
- A tertiary qualification/DFP in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant degree is a necessity.
