Due to continual growth and rapid expansion, our client is in search of a mortgage superstar to take charge of client relationships.
You will be working along side the sales and support teams to build and maintain rapport with the biggest players in Australia, identifying opportunities for new services and promotion of tools/services.
  
Required Skills/Experiences
- Account management
- Customer relationship management
- Working alongside sales teams to achieve targets
- Facilitate/coordinate raised client issues with various parties
- Understanding feedback from clients and how to improve upon them
- Working across different teams in a company and extract what you need
  
Desirable Qualities  
- Qualifications in IT/Commerce/Business related
- Prior customer relationship management
- Experience in Banking, Finance or Mortgage origination/processing
