We are a well-established and highly regarded boutique
financial planning firm seeking an experienced and exceptional Client Services Officer based on the Sunshine Coast.

The successful applicant will be committed to establishing
relationships both internally and externally to deliver the best possible experience for both our clients and advisers alike. You will thrive on working in a fast paced environment, where attention to detail is paramount to support our busy advisers to work effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating Financial Planning documentation
• Preparation and implementation of investment transactions
• Timely follow up of transactions with fund managers, clients,insurers and adviser
• Conduct compliance checks across client files
• Centrelink enquiries, paperwork and correspondence
• Providing high quality service to internal and external clients

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• High attention to detail (essential) and organisational skills
• Self motivated, results driven
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi task and confident time management skills
• A team player with a positive and flexible attitude
• Professional presentation suitable for a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a Financial Planning Practice.
• Minimum 2 years experience with SMSF's
• Para Planning experience highly regarded but not essential
• Financial Planning qualifications highly regarded but not essential
