My Client is seeking a Senior Process Re-engineering Senior Analyst to work alongside the general manager in a newly created position within the business. Within this role you will be responsible for specifically looking to identify and address issues where risk and inefficiencies exist and work across the business to address these through technology and process change.
Duties
- Reviewing manual operational processes to identify areas for inefficiency, risk reduction and customer impact
- Work in conjunction with current initiatives to remove and reduce manual processes
- Work together with the operational risk team to focus on understanding and reducing key risks that relate to manual process
- Assess & apply new technologies such as artificial intelligence& machine learning to enable the removal of manual processing
- Partner with technology to identify & address issues & provide strategies around creating efficiencies & implementing new processes
Essential Criteria
- Experience in a fast paced, highly functioning operational environment
- Developed an understanding of financial regulatory environment
- Experience in lean six sigma or equivalent process re-engineering acitivies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly analytical
- Strong problem solving ability
