About the role
Are you someone who has an eye for detail? Are you able to effectively manage relationships to facilitate great customer service? Do you have an interest in accounting duties and enjoy reporting?

You will be a motivated individual who loves working in a face-paced environment and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You will add value to the business by:
- Managing the relationship between GLA and relevant stakeholders, providing training and support as required to ensure daily activities are carried out effectively
- The contact point of the business with our external collection agency and 3rd parties
- Producing daily reports with analysis on the performance of collections activities
- Facilitating regular meeting to proactively address issues and progress collections activities
- Assisting the Senior Accountant with bank reconciliations etc.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and management reports
- Facilitating the resolution of system related issues with third party providers and internal stakeholders
- Reviewing and approve submissions requesting write offs / repossessions
- Acting as the SME for collections on relevant projects as required
To be successful you’ll need
- Previous collections experience (2-3 years)
- Demonstrated understanding of repossessions, including a good understanding of relevant legislation
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and presentations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to work autonomously
