Our client’s Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking firm in Collins St is seeking to fill this important position due to an internal restructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive service of the highest quality. This opportunity is suited to a person who is committed to utilizing their skills and experience as well as wanting the opportunity to be an integral part of a successful and efficient team. It is expected that the successful applicant will take responsibility for preparing review documents and assisting with clients as well as ensuring all required documentation is completed.
Responsibilities include:
- Focus on client service as well as service provision,
- Assist in the preparation of SOA documents,
- Maintain and update client information as well as business and computer systems,
- Communication and liaison with clients and service providers,
- Provision of assistance to the Managing Director and Financial Planner.
To be successful in this role you will possess outstanding client service skills, an understanding of financial planning principles as well as the proven abilities required to efficiently perform the liaison and administrative components of the position. Previous experience as a Paraplanner as well as RG146 compliance would be highly regarded and experience with Xplan would be an advantage. It is also expected that you will be outcome oriented and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. Self-motivation and commitment to quality are other traits that would be viewed positively.
