The Organisation:

Located in a beautiful inner south-eastern suburb, this is an exciting opportunity to join this successful financial planning, accounting and advisory services firm. This firm offers services covering all aspects of financial planning and accounting.

This firm has an extremely strong focus on putting the client's interests first. The team consists of a talented bunch of people who enjoy what they do and do it well.

The Opportunity:

The core function of this role is to be a key liaison point between the advisory team and the clients and to provide client service support to the business and its advisors.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include;

• Liaison with clients to answer any general queries

• Liaison with clients to follow up the implementation of investment strategies

• Follow-up with clients for application paperwork

• Processing of applications for investment platforms

• Recording of file notes into Xplan

About You:

To be successful in this role you will require the following;

• Demonstrable client services officer/manager experience in a financial planning firm

• Xplan software experience (essential)

• A vibrant personality

• Excellent communication skills

• RG146 (preferred, but not essential)
