Leading Australian business seeks a full time, permanent Associate Transaction Management for their Melbourne CBD based team. 

This role is predominantly responsible for the managing the day to day activities. This is a role designed to support the operations and specialised transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support senior management and team members on ongoing portfolio transactions and deal executions
• Ensure transactions comply with regulations and are faultlessly processed
• Have an end to end understanding of the transactional process
• Record steps taken throughout to ensure all obligations are met and tracked
• Liaise with third parties and external providers
• Stakeholder management 
• Annual reviews and ongoing process development

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant tertiary level qualificatiion
• CA/CPA qualification desirable
• Substantial experience in a similar finance role 
• Strong commercial accumen
• An analytical, organised and attentive mind 
• A goal orientated team player
