Are you looking for a new challenge within Data Analytics ? We have a senior Analyst role on within the finance sector.

The Senior Analyst, Customer Data and Analytics is an integral part of our clients drive to be a customer driven organisation. This role is accountable for the
execution and delivery of key strategic initiatives of the Customer Experience department. With a wide remit across customer data governance, customer insight and Voice of the Customer program, this role offers the opportunity for someone to
engage whole of business and lead change to deliver strategic objectives.

The Key elements of this role include:

* Support business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and derive customer intelligence.
* Lead change initiatives to deliver Customer Experience strategic objectives
* Improve customer data governance by documenting existing framework and address gaps.
* Promote the use of the CRM System within the company as the central customer data repository
* Drive the execution of our clients Voice of the Customer program

What you’ve done:

* Good understanding of customer data modelling
* Highly developed analytical, investigative and problem solving abilities
* Ability to analyse large amounts of data and provide business driven insights
* A proven track record in stakeholder engagement and coordination
* Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
* Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders with conflicting objectives

And if you’ve got some of this, even better:

* Project and change management experience
* Experience in a Professional Services environment
* Effectively utilised Salesforce as a CRM and have an in-depth knowledge of the reports and dash board functionalities
* Experience design and implement process measurement systems
* Exposure to Voice of the Customer program
