About the role
This role will see you primarily working with Advisers, to meet your clients’ needs, and is ideally suited to people with a strong customer focussed outlook looking to learn from experienced Advisers and develop their own skill sets.
A mark of success will see you building an outstanding reputation in the market place by providing a professional and friendly service and encouraging an ongoing referral of new clients.
The team is professional, welcoming and are keen to help you grow.
Duties
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Develop strategies for clients that meet both the client needs and goals
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of platforms, products and services
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion
- Proactively support team members
Skills & experience
- Completed the Diploma of Financial Planning, or equivalent/higher education standard.
- Self-motivated with regards to personal and professional improvement
- Prior experience as a Paraplanner o experinced CSO
- High client service orientation and interpersonal sensitivity
- Broad range and depth of technical knowledge
- Strong team player
