This a varied role within a busy financial planning team, most suited to a career Client Services Officer dedicated to supporting multiple financial advisers simultaneously.
Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following duties:
- Assisting the financial planners with the preparation of investment reviews and associated documentation;
- Proactively supporting the financial planners to service a growing and diverse client base;
- Completion and processing of investment documentation;
- Client database management;
- Liaise with fund managers, brokers and share registries;
- Implement instructions from the financial planners efficiently and accurately;
- Appointment booking and diary management;
- Input of data into various databases;
- Project based activities;
- Mail outs and marketing activities;
- Organisation and/or preparation of internal and external meetings and training activities;
- Scanning/filing;
- General administration.

Highly regarded skills include:
- Previous experience working in financial planning firms in a similar role;
- Knowledge of and experience with XPLAN;
- Familiarity with superannuation and/or self-managed superannuation funds;
- Advanced MS Office skills
