The Company
Our client is a well-respected and known organisation in the Australian financial services industry - they are a leading provider of transactional banking, capital management and payment solutions, with proven results to more than 150 specialist financial services organisations. They are looking for an experience Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the Digital Product Portfolio.
The Opportunity
This exciting Senior Manager will be overlooking the Digital Product Portfolio where you will be at the heading the digital team on providing a range of solutions including mobile banking apps, mobile payments and wearable payments. This role will also include strategising and road-mapping in accordance with the company’s overall strategy and objectives, plus ensuring the needs of the client and market are being met.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop product strategy and execute for successful outcomes aligned to the business
- Complete P&L management of the digital product portfolio
- Ensuring products stay in compliance of legislation and regulatory requirements
- Build and supervise a high performing product team
- Deliver outstanding client service and stay up to date with current and emerging trends in the market
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent digital product knowledge and strong understanding of payments
- Product strategy development and ability to deliver
- Strong people leadership skills, including building and maintaining a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills on all levels up to executive teams
- Solid commercial acumen and ability to deliver client proposals, pricing and business case development
