The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Specialist or Business Banker to join our Franchise in Norwest. We are looking to recruit a highly driven sales professional with extensive experience in the lending industry. The successful individual will play a significant role in driving the overall growth, sales performance and success of the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing a strong network of referrals
- Immersing yourself in the local community and building strong relationships and Business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Working with customers to identify their needs and offer products to meet their requirements and objectives
Your Background
Ideally, you will have mortgage sales experience in addition to:
- Min 5 years Residential Lending experience (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage referral sources and generate new business
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with strong customer focus and work ethic
- Be comfortable and committed to attending after hours and weekend (Saturday morning) appointments
- Cert IV of Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential)
