ABOUT US:
We are a specialist land and construction finance brokerage. We are the largest brokerage in our field with an industry leading reputation for innovation and success! We are partnered with Australia's largest builder, Metricon Homes and use our lending knowledge and relationships to assist people secure the purchase of their property. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up on all leads provided
- Build strong relationships with Metricon Sales Consultants to ensure consistent revenue stream
- Conduct fact finding interviews in an informative and educational manner
- Coordinate loan files
- Provide accurate and timely updates to customers during the entire lifecycle of loan application
- Ensure Loan Gallery Finance compliance documents and information are completed correctly for all customers
- Develop new business and ensure recurring business from clients
- Liaison with key lenders which may include banks, insurance companies and other specialized finance companies
- Build networking and referral systems
- Analyse applicant's financial situation and hunt for possible loan solutions
- Originate loans in order to sell to lending authorities
- Evaluate financial histories, pay stubs and tax information
- Verify borrower's income and credit information

ABOUT YOU:
- You must be a 'People's Person' with a Can-Do attitude
- Must have a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
- Have a real passion for doing the right thing by the customer
- Mortgage lending experience required
- The ability to build trust effectively and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Commitment to work weekends
