Reporting directly to the State Manager, this is a critical role in driving the accelerating growth of the mobile footprint. The Mobile Business Leader is responsible for the end to end recruitment, support and coaching of high-quality Brokers across the South East region of Victoria. The focus of the role is on attracting and nurturing high-quality candidates to join the Mobile team. In this role you will lead, motivate and manage the regional team of brokers to achieve key targets and goals. You will ensure regulatory and individual compliance across the brokers.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Provide sales leadership through strong communication and performance achievement
• Encourage and manage engagement through building strong relationships and driving a high-performance sales culture
• Increase footprint of the region by increasing the number of people in the region
• Drive the increase of revenue and market share within the region
• Provide necessary coaching and feedback to continually develop the skill level and performance of the brokers including field visits, one on one coaching and business planning
• Conduct certified mentoring program coaching
• Assist brokers to resolve issues that impact the performance of their business including Commissions, Admin and IT etc
• Coordinate and attend sales events
• Contribute to and implement initiatives/projects/sales process improvements

This is an exciting role for a talented and experienced Sales professional with a relevant commercial or financial services background, exposure to working in a Credit/Banking business would be highly regarded. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, and results driven, coupled with the ability to self-manage and work to deadlines & targets. Also critical to the role with be excellent negotiation and influencing skills, sound communication ability and the ability to manage constantly changing priorities. A high level of business acumen strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and brokers is critical to the success of the role.
