Company: Is possibly the leading Automotive finance company in Australia, set to further develop their market position due to their manufacturer ties and ability to fund not only Retail customers, but also corporate fleet customers and the dealer network themselves.Opportunity: With 100% penetration into their dealer network and close manufacturer ties, now is the time to move this way and capitalise on the fall out the banks will face for the findings of the royal commission and new consumer credit laws. Moving ahead, Manufacturer backed finance companies have all the advantages.
Role: This strategic sales role will be focused on one key thing. That is maximising the profitability of the franchised motor dealer network that you look after. While other finance institutions chase F&I sales penetration numbers; your role will have access to 'Big Data' so you can use this to consult with the leadership of those dealerships about how to get the best performance from their TOTAL business.
This is quite a different type of sales role, in that you are using the manufacturers market position and data to ensure that the distribution channel (dealer network) is running as profitably as possible. That is their point of difference. Your not just pushing products.
Requirements: We will be seeking to discuss this role with applicants who best demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications as preferred in strategic sales roles
- Sales experience in developing introducer networks for Finance/Insurance
- Good analytical skills working with data to find the biggest opportunity
- Sales experience, selling the Dealer Principals would be highly regarded
- Superior presentation and communication skills
