About the role:
With dealerships covering multiple sites across the Sutherland Shire & Illawarra Region; we have experienced exceptional growth and prepared for further expansion! New & exciting opportunities awaits an experienced Business Manager who joins our F&I team. This position provides an extra opportunity to sell Aftermarket Products in addition to Finance & Insurance
Responsibilities include; but not limited to:
- Build strong relationships between customers and the dealership, and also with our Finance, Insurance and Aftermarket partners
- Facilitate finance & insurance quotations/Prepare and submit all financial applications and liaise with financiers
- Qualify and offer customers aftermarket products that will best suit their individual needs
- Work closely with the sales departments to drive strong penetration results
About you:
- You will be an experienced Business Manager with experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded
- You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a flair for numbers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- You will have strong computer skills, sales and time management skills, but above all, have a fantastic work ethic
- You will be flexible and able to work a rotating roster; including 3 out of 4 weekends.
