About the role
The role is responsible for most post deal settlement system maintenance for Residential and Commercial Finance.
Duties include:
- Communication with Sales and Operational colleagues relating to post settlement account requests and questions.
- Problem solving of issues relating to transactions and loan accounts post settlement
- Management of account exception reporting
- Loan Restructuring and Reconciliation
- Reconciliation of bank statements and associated system entries
- General administration in relation to the management of Residential and Commercial finance transactions
- Ad-hoc projects related to system and process improvements
About you
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a similar role in commercial finance or banking environment.
- Degree or Diploma qualified
- High attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Team player
- Ability to work autonomously
- Self motivated
- Confidence to respectfully challenge
- Ability to handle volumes under pressure and adherence to deadlines
- Articulate / excellent communication skills
