Meers Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Credit Analyst to join growing national finance group that specialise in finance solutions to diverse market segments across assorted equipment asset classes and industry sectors.

You will be responsible for ensuring all areas of credit risk are identified, monitored, measured, reported and managed effectively. You will be required to provide information, support and advice on all matters relating to credit risk directly to the Chief Risk Officer.

Responsibilities include;-

• Preparation of credit submissions to external for large and small ticket applications
• You will collaborate closely with BDM's on all opportunities
• Preparation of documentation for all approved applications for finance, together with arranging for same to be properly executed by the appropriate parties
• Working on site with clients
• Preparation of complex credit submissions
• Negotiating and structuring of complex transactions with Sales, Introducers & Funders
• Maintaining solid working relationships with introducers and funders
• Ensuring written documentation on all leasing procedures complies with QA requirements
• Prepare and maintain necessary reporting to enable collections and debt recovery to be monitored and managed efficiently
• Build and maintain solid working relationships with internal stakeholders

To be successful for this position you will possess the following;-

• 2+ years experience in a similar role within Consumer or Commercial Asset Finance
• Experience in developing both credit strategy and workflow management
• Strong credit expertise – comprehensive knowledge of credit and risk management techniques
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
