  • 9am - 1pm Part-time 5 days/week located close to Brisbane Central Train Station
  • Opportunity to cross skill in multiple roles and gain broad experience

Center One Finance is searching for an Administration and Credit Support team member, preferably with Client Service experience, to join the Brisbane team.

Ideally, you will have an understanding of finance, an eye for detail and good client communicating skills, with an appreciation for following compliant systems and procedures.

As part of  a small team you will be required to provide loan administration, payment, arrears and credit services to new and existing clients.

We also value an aptitude and willingness to be learn and cross-skill in other roles in the company.

Required Capabilities

  • Competence in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong data gathering, checking and analytical skills with an ability to collate, and accurately capture data into systems
  • A keen eye for detail to verify and cross check data and information
  • Articulate written and verbal skills to relay technical financial information to a non-technical audience
  • Keen eye for detail with an ability to "join the dots" when cross checking data
  • Ability to work under pressure at times of peak work load

Duties & Attributes

  • Incoming and outgoing client communication
  • Undertake written, phone and other communication 
  • Apply compliant  procedures, processes and communication at all times
  • Prepare, collate and cross check information
  • Support and undertake credit control and collections activities
  • Use proprietary operational software and loan management systems
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks in a timely manner
  • Coordinate general administrative tasks as required for day to day operation of the company
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and supporting others in the team
  • Generally support the manager by actively seeking and attending to tasks that need completing
