Based in in our Branches at Warringah Mall & Chatswood the role of Customer Advisor best suits outgoing, self motivated people with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, looking to build a long term career with a large financial services organisation.

Your day to day activities will focus in the following areas:-

  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Assisting customers with their banking transactions
  • Raising customer awareness to financial products and services
  • Educate customer on smarter banking options
  • Supporting & serving your local community

These two roles will offer you the opportunity to be a part of something different. Your development and growth is important to us and will be provided with all the tools and resources you need to be the best, every step of the way.

  • Hours Monday to Thursday 9.15am-4.15pm, & Friday 9.15am-5.15pm (33.5 hours)

To be eligible to apply, you should have access to reliable transport and you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
