Based in in our Cronulla branch the roles of Customer Advisor best suits outgoing, self motivated people with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, looking to build a long term career with a large financial services organisation.

As a CA1 (Teller) your day to day activities will focus in the following areas:-

  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Assisting customers with their banking transactions
  • Raising customer awareness to financial products and services
  • Educate customer on smarter banking options
  • Supporting & serving your local community

In addition to the above our CA2 (Personal Lender) will be supporting out customers with more complex products and services such as insurances and unsecured personal lending.

These two roles will offer you the opportunity to be a part of something different. Your development and growth is important to us and will be provided with all the tools and resources you need to be the best, every step of the way.

  • CA1 Teller Monday, Thursday & Friday 10.30am-2.30pm (total hours 12)
  • CA2 Personal Lender Hours Monday to Wednesday 9.00am-4.30pm, and Friday 9.00am-5.30pm (4 days, total hours 28.75)
