We are currently looking for an experienced data analytics and reporting specialist to join our Compliance team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be responsible for compliance analytics and reporting. This includes data analysis and identifying trends through reviews of KRIs, KCIs and other relevant operational data and key metrics as well as seeking ways in which to enhance the design of key dashboard reports to present data in a user-friendly and timely manner. The role will also require you to work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, so excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential.
To be successful in this role you would have previous experience and expertise in data analytics and working with both structured and unstructured data and a demonstrated ability to generate insights and present data in a clear and comprehensive manner. Additionally, you will have worked in a financial services environment and have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and policies as well as the Australian and New Zealand regulatory environment. Your ability to identify and drive process improvement is highly desirable along with project management skills given the nature of strict reporting deadlines
