This is a large organisation based in Inner West Sydney. With a diverse but complimentary portfolio of businesses this company is growing and continuing to expand and lead the market within its field.

Position
This role will partner closely with the Head of Trading, and have responsibility for developing and nurturing business relationships with clients. You will be involved in providing accurate information on trades - monitoring trends and being across foreign exchange in both AUD and USD. You will be involved in hedging, creating contracts, negotiating agreements, compliance and act as the face of the department for new clients; partnering with the MD on ad-hoc work too. 


Profile
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar. You will have a finance background, with strong numerical skills and be analytically minded, with good Excel abilities. 

Exceptional communication and relationship building skills are essential. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing existing client relationships, up-selling, negotiating and adding value for the business. The successful candidate will be supported to learn and develop in the business long-term. 


Benefits
A salary in the region of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (plus super) is on offer, depending on skills and experience. The company also offer a competitive bonus structure based on performance.
