GOW Recruitment have been working with tier 1 and 2 financial services organisations in Australia for the last 20 years.

One of our clients; a tier 1 bank requires a Business Analyst to work with a Project Team on a customer focused project. Focus will be documenting and new business processes. 

Day to day general 'business' BA activities; requirements gathering, working with business stakeholders, analysis and insights, problem solving and recommendations with a big focus on process design and documentation.

Essential requirements to apply for this role:

• Strong in process design
• Strong in process documentation
• Understand the As-Is and document the To-Be
• Experience in scrum teams
• Strong stakeholder Mgt. skills
• Previous experience in a bank or fin. services

The initial contract will be 6 months with view to extend, as big piece of work. 

Depending on experience role will pay $750-$850 per day (including super). To meet the $850 you will have worked in a similar role for over 5 years.
